Bioprocessing Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioprocessing Scientist to join our team at Procella Therapeutics AB. As a key member of our process industrialization team, you will play a crucial role in the development of first-in-class allogeneic regenerative medicines with clinical indications ranging from advanced heart failure to Parkinson's disease.

In this role, you will drive the scientific direction of various projects by proposing development strategies, designing experiments, coordinating teams, and planning ongoing lab work. You will also deliver project objectives on time, on budget, and to a suitable level of quality to meet project milestones. This includes participating in daily lab work, preparing data reports, presenting data to internal or external stakeholders, and drafting SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant subject area or BSc/MSc in a relevant field with 2+ years' experience working with pluripotent stem cells and developmental biology. They should also possess prior experience with analytical methods such as flow cytometry, qPCR, or ddPCR. Additionally, they must be proficient in MS Office tools and fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
