About Us
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our global sustainability reporting.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect and ensure the quality of data related to sustainability metrics, such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste management, and water usage.
- Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data related to sustainability metrics, develop sustainability performance reports and data submissions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sustainability and financial accounting team to navigate changes in sustainability-related regulations, assess risk associated with the sustainability goals, optimize resource use to reduce costs and environmental impact, and drive progress towards achieving key sustainability objectives and goals.
Requirements
We are looking for a thorough and solution-oriented sustainability professional with the ability to manage and sanity-check large data sets and collaborate efficiently with diverse stakeholders. In addition to being fluent in English, self-sufficient, and goal-oriented, we believe the right person has:
- Education: A B.Sc. in Engineering or Business, preferably with sustainability specialization.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sustainability-, CSR, or ESG controlling/reporting.
- Expertise: Experience from creating annual sustainability reports in compliance with industry standards (e.g., GRI, CSRD) or responsibility for environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Project Management: Experience from managing data collection and projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Sustainable Procurement: Experience with sustainable procurement and audits of external suppliers is a merit.
- Data Analysis: Experience from working with large data sets and databases, experience using SQL and Python is a merit.
