Media and Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Media and Content Manager to join our Communications Team at Better Cotton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive media and content strategy to enhance our reputation, credibility, and influence globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a media relations strategy to secure global media coverage and raise the profile of Better Cotton.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging multimedia content for our global social media channels and website to effectively communicate the story and impact of Better Cotton.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development of media and social media strategies, secure coverage, and create thought leadership content.
- Manage and support staff development, including line management responsibilities.
- Contribute to the production of key organizational publications, such as the Annual Report and Country Impact Reports.
- Proven success and extensive experience in international media relations, stakeholder management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with French, Portuguese, Urdu, or Hindi an advantage.
- Attention to detail, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment and across time zones.
- Prepared to undertake some international travel.

- The opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to one month per year.
