TN Sweden is seeking a seasoned International Tax Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in managing complex tax matters, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, and supporting our global expansion.

About the Opportunity

The travel industry is experiencing a data revolution, and you will have the chance to become a key player at a company poised for global success. As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for tax issues in all our current and new entities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead direct and indirect tax compliance and governance initiatives for the group
  • Collaborate with international consultants and oversee daily tax calculations
  • Prepare and submit income tax returns for Swedish entities
  • Coordinate and participate in tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
  • Participate in statutory audits related to tax
  • Support internationalization efforts and digitalization of accounting and tax processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 5-7 years of working experience in taxation, preferably in a multinational organization or audit/consulting services company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Deep knowledge of income tax legislation, transfer pricing, and VAT legislation
  • Solid accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
