About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Preem, a leading energy company in Sweden. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts for our transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our project team with contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with international EPCM suppliers on contract-related issues.
  • Review and approve monthly payment requests and issue payment certificates.
  • Assess and recommend proposed procurement strategies and contracts for project procurement managers.
  • Coordinate the signing of final contracts.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international oil and gas projects and EPCM procurement.
  • A strong academic background relevant to your work experience.
  • Excellent contract administration skills, including experience with Swedish standard contracts.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • A valid B driver's license.
