The Role
We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to support our company vision of creating a world where everyone can communicate. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our business strategy and goals. You will create engaging content for various internal and external audiences and platforms, including financial communication. Your expertise will ensure consistent messaging across all channels, fostering brand loyalty and maintaining active relationships with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our business strategy and goals.
* Create engaging content for various internal and external audiences and platforms, including financial communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
* Support community engagement initiatives, helping to foster brand loyalty and maintain active relationships with target audiences.
* Work closely together with People and Sustainability team on ongoing internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
* Manage the intranet platform to ensure effective internal communication.
* Monitor and analyze communication metrics to optimize our strategies.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
* Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, journalism, or a related field.
* Ability to create and execute on communications plans, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Communications-related roles.
* Advanced writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both Business English and Swedish.
* Experience from working with financial communication in a publicly listed company.
* Strong understanding of social media and other digital communication channels.
* Experience from working with platforms for collaboration, digital asset management and publishing such as SharePoint, Teams, Favro, Bynder and Sprout.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a service-minded, hands-on approach.
