Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy. This role involves leading projects that drive business growth and innovation, leveraging your expertise in project management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead team-based problem solving using the 8D approach and implement solutions effectively.
  2. Contribute to developing and executing strategic improvement projects that enhance organizational performance.
  3. Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  4. Support R&D projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to quality standards.
  5. Stay updated with the latest problem-solving methodologies, including FMEA, DFMA, and DFQ.
  6. Promote a culture of safety and integrity within the organization, embodying Hitachi Energy's core values.

Your Qualifications

  1. You hold an engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field.
  2. Experience in power transformers or high voltage products/systems is preferred.
  3. A proven track record of leadership and a strong drive to achieve process excellence.
  4. A high emphasis on quality and process compliance is essential for success in this role.
  5. You possess excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  6. Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is beneficial.
  7. Proficiency in English is necessary due to the global nature of our operations.
