As an Enterprise Solution Architect at Infobip, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

Our Enterprise Solution Architect acts as a liaison between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. The role involves participation in activities such as product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery. To deliver desired business results, you will collaborate with regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist experienced project leads.

You will have the opportunity to learn about Infobip's products and solutions, as well as our company's business processes. With your project management experience, you will successfully perform project-related tasks and consult with Product Development teams, Solutions Engineers, our Solution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Having a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip's products and solutions.
  • Understanding customers' businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
  • Integrating Infobip products into clients' systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services).
  • Identifying new and innovative use cases for Infobip's products and solutions.
  • Having an excellent understanding of the business and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competition.
  • Building solid relationships with sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.
  • Conducting demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarizing meetings via documentation.
  • Maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction during project implementation.
  • Collecting technical requirements and designing technical solutions and service integration plans.
  • Delivering detailed and accurate technical documentation.
  • Handling technical and security questionnaires.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of strong, related experience that has developed expertise in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry / CPaaS space.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Preferred knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and mobile identity solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
  • Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs.
  • Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
  • Project management experience is a must.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
