The Daily Service Leader will be accountable for ensuring a positive and excellent guest experience by serving high-quality food and beverages. This entails overseeing daily operations, preparing, and serving our food and beverage offer according to established protocols and best practices, with a focus on quality.

This position requires an individual with significant experience and knowledge from the restaurant and/or service industry, preferably with responsibility for daily operations. The ideal candidate should be adept at taking ownership of tasks and have the ability to coach and mentor colleagues to achieve an excellent guest experience.

We are seeking someone who can contribute to the development of existing protocols and best practices, introducing new ones as needed. Coaches colleagues to ensure they remain updated on protocols, rules, and regulations within food and beverages.
