Solution Summary

We offer an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to join our Global HVDC Control & Protection Software team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customized embedded control systems consisting of both software and hardware to meet our customers' needs for sustainable, flexible, and secure energy.

About the Role

  • You will work on the maintenance and development of the control and protection code library used in HVDC projects.
  • You will be involved in testing code changes and have a sense of responsibility and ownership, being capable of planning and organizing your daily work.
  • You will be a problem solver who takes initiatives to solve challenges together with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree within a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, High Voltage, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • You have work proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, such as Swedish, are an advantage.
  • You have an interest or experience in software development and programming.
  • You have an interest or experience in digital control technology and signal processing.
  • You have an interest or experience from the electric power industry.
