The Opportunity
As a Freelance Creative Strategist at Twigeo, you will be at the heart of our campaigns, shaping their direction and success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies, interpret data, and transform insights into compelling creative concepts that captivate audiences and drive results. The assignment is for six months, with a start date as soon as possible.

Job Description
  • Develop creative strategies by leveraging research, insights, and learnings to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understand client objectives, goals, and priorities to help determine asset scope, deliverables, and strategic routes.
  • Provide valuable input in the creative process by contributing to the development of directions, concepts, and innovative ideas.
  • Analyze and translate data to identify patterns that enhance and support creative outputs.
  • Use data to form and test hypotheses, ensuring campaigns are informed by measurable insights.
  • Stay on the pulse of creative trends, platforms, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and strategic thinking to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Research & Insights: Gather, analyze, and distill research from various sources – market trends, audience data, competitor analysis, and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights. Translate findings into strategic recommendations that guide creative development and optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creatives and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, analytics) to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective creative strategies (if applicable). Define strategic routes and provide valuable input on what to do next.
  • Creative Briefing: Translate insights into clear, inspiring briefs that equip designers and content creators with the right challenges and context to spark ideas.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce engaging and relevant content and ads.
  • Insight & Recommendations: Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Presentation skills: Articulate complex strategies and creative concepts clearly to diverse audiences as needed. Employ visual storytelling to bring ideas to life and secure stakeholder buy-in.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or strategic role within a marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate research findings and strategic directions clearly to clients and teams.
  • A collaborative approach to bringing creative strategies to life with design and content teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and industry jargon.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Google Slides, and the ability to comfortably use tools that support research and strategy.
