Hitachi Energy offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the renewable energy sector. As a Contract Manager, you will be part of our Power Grids, Grid Integration team in Sweden.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Providing guidance and leadership on contract-related matters to project teams.
  • Developing and implementing contract management strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Negotiating with customers and subcontractors to protect Hitachi Energy's interests.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in contracts.
  • Verifying contractual obligations are met and documenting deficiencies for closeout processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in contract management, project management, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in EPC projects/service projects within power generation, substations, converter stations, grid integration, transmission, or similar industrial plants.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, change management, risk management, and legal issues.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
