Facultative Reinsurance Expert

As a Facultative Reinsurance Broker with WTW, you will be part of a global team of talented professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Evaluating and analyzing complex risk scenarios to identify opportunities for facultative reinsurance coverage
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cedants, facultative reinsurance markets and other key stakeholders within the Nordic insurance market
3. Collaborating with colleagues to mobilize, train and create awareness within the organization to add facultative reinsurance solutions as an additional strategy for a total market approach
4. Negotiating terms and conditions for facultative reinsurance placements to ensure optimal coverage and pricing
5. Preparing and presenting comprehensive submissions to reinsurers, based on the needs and requirements of the cedants or original insured
6. Coordinating the administration of facultative reinsurance deals, using available tools. Including supporting cedants with reinsurance requirements like Premium Payment Warranties
7. Supporting the claims team in processes on handling facultative reinsurance claims
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes affecting facultative reinsurance

About You

You should have a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as business, finance or insurance, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
