- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the operations department to identify and address process pitfalls, and implement additional control steps as needed.
- Documentation and Validation: Create and update documentation, and implement and monitor validation procedures to ensure processes are efficient and compliant with regulations.
- Instrument Maintenance and Validation: Perform validations between different instruments and processes to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Follow quality standards and guidelines, and take responsibility for instruments, including maintenance and reporting of any issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Cooperate with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering, process, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: Two years of experience as a process engineer or laboratory engineer, with a strong background in a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
- Skills: Good communication skills in Swedish and English, with experience in laboratory work in a GMP regulated lab environment and programming skills a plus.
