Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at We IT Global AB. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that our team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with the Team Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment.
  • Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as team velocity and burn-down charts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working in SAP, Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is an advantage.
  • Skills and Experience: COACHING PROBLEM-SOLVING AGILE SCRUM JIRA, AZURE DEVOPS METRICS SAP MICROSOFT AZURE MENTOR BUDGET.
