We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Site Manager to join our team at Bravura Sverige. As an EHS Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment within our datacenter projects, with a strong focus on electrical safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement EHS Plans: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on EHS plans and safety standards, as well as supporting project and site management in EHS-related matters.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: You will ensure that risk assessments are conducted by competent personnel and that documentation of legislation, standards, and guidelines is available and followed.
- Lead Safety Inspections: You will conduct regular safety inspections, lead weekly EHS inspections and meetings, and report on unsafe conditions to management.
- Develop and Maintain Site Guides: You will develop and maintain a guide for work on site and regularly review the site's emergency plan.
- Manage Incidents and Accidents: You will lead investigations, analyze incidents, and propose preventive measures.
- Experience in a Similar Role: You have experience from a similar role where you have worked with risk analyses and linked to major customers.
- Experience from the Construction, Installation, or Wind Power Industry: You have experience from the construction, installation, or wind power industry, or a similar industry related to a physical workplace.
- Desirable Qualifications: Meritorious if you have worked with RAMS and have collaborated with foreign operations. Meritorious if you have a post-secondary education in health and safety.
