About the Role

We are looking for a talented Aviation Resource Planner to join our team at SAS Cargo Group A/S. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating resources to ensure the efficient execution of flights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate resources to meet flight demands.
  • Crew Optimization: Optimize crew schedules to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
  • Training Planning: Plan and coordinate training for crew members.
  • Crew Control: Exercise control over SAS air traffic, including monitoring and implementing traffic decisions that may arise in the execution phase.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a resource planning environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Scandinavian languages.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
