Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our Electrical Verification team at Global Taxation Services Nordic Sweden AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Electrical Integration and OTA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and communicate root cause and/or relevant information on problems identified to responsible design areas.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute test events together with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support test specification development.
  • Support with fault tracing in vehicles and test rigs.
  • Log files analysis.
  • Provide concept support internally and to suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of in-vehicle electrical systems in general.
  • Experience of OTA solution and full OTA function (cloud, vehicle, and app).
  • Deep knowledge in communication protocols (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, LVDS, LIN).
  • B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area.
  • Strong Vector tools experience.
  • Test automation knowledge.
  • Experience from Volvo Cars Electrical Platform or the Client's CMA/GEEA2/ZEEAx platform is an advantage.
  • Deep experience in test tools such as CANoe, DSA, Wireshark, and Python programming.
  • Knowledge of Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) – ISO 14229.
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic Communication over Internet Protocol (DoIP) – ISO 13400.
  • Familiar with hands-on test experience in vehicles.
  • Car driving license and T1/T2 test driving license Hällered.
