Job Description

We are currently searching for a Backend Developer for a onsite assignment in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other equivalent education
  • At least 5 years of work experience in software development
  • Significant experience with EDA tools for Synthesis & Timing/Area/Power closure
  • Significant experience from Static Timing Analysis and timing sign off
  • Experience in low power and UPF
  • Good understanding of VHDL or System Verilog
  • Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, Linux Shell scripting etc.)
  • Experience from UNIX/Linux
  • Communication and presentation skills in English are needed
  • Quality-consciousness
  • Experience with writing timing constraints
  • Experience with Synposys tool set (Design Compiler, FusionCompiler, PrimeTime)

Desirable Skills

  • Multi/Many Core CPU Architecture Knowledge
  • Experience from source code repositories such as Git
  • Experience with Synopsis Spyglass, Primetime, Design Compiler & Formality
  • Knowledge about mobile communication standards
  • Knowledge of floor planning and physical implementation
  • Telecom knowledge
