Skövde, Västra Götaland, Sweden Rejlers Sverige AB Full time
About the Job

Rejlers Sverige AB's automation department in Skövde operates in the fields of industrial, process, and building automation. We work primarily with design, construction, programming, and commissioning of various automation equipment.

As a PLC programmer at Rejlers, you will:

  • Program and commission PLC systems, operator panels, and SCADA systems
  • Work together with the team to continuously identify and develop reusable concepts
  • Contribute to tender documents, calculations, offers, and investigations
  • Be part of our team of project engineers who, together with our project managers, drive and are responsible for our customer projects

We work closely with our customers and are responsive to their needs. We often collaborate with other companies to develop solutions and deliver them together.

Although our focus is primarily on customers in our region, the job may occasionally involve travel.

About You

We believe that you, as a person, are responsible and drive your tasks forward with the support of the team. Good communication skills and the ability to work together with other project participants to find effective solutions that focus on customer benefits are highly valued.

To be suitable for the role, we believe that you have relevant education and a few years of experience in automation. You enjoy combining programming work with practical tasks such as troubleshooting and occasional fault correction that often occurs during commissioning. You must also be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

If you have previous experience as a service technician, electrician, or similar, this is a significant plus.

About the Team

Our team in Skövde and Lidköping consists of around 30 consultants with varying ages and experiences. We are now also developing our team with a sister group in Mariestad. There are great opportunities - regardless of which location you prefer.

We are a cohesive and competent team that works together to find innovative solutions and solve our customers' problems in the best possible way. Teamwork is essential to us, and we strive to encourage experience sharing and knowledge transfer - in line with our vision, Home of the Learning Minds.

The job involves varied tasks, but many challenges and problem-solving are a significant part of our daily work. You have great opportunities to influence how you want to develop and the content of our delivery.

We offer a fun and stimulating work environment in a company with high future prospects, a high ceiling, and freedom under responsibility. Jonas Holmstedt, division manager within Buildings, explains more about our journey forward in the video below.
