Job Description:
This position involves working as a 3GPP RAN1 delegate to contribute to the evolution of 5G and the emergence of 6G. Key tasks include generating and evaluating innovative ideas for 5G and next-generation radio networks and associated technologies and solutions. You will also be responsible for exploring potential University cooperation for emerging research concepts with potential for future radio access technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 8-10 years of experience as a 3GPP RAN1 delegate. Holding positions such as rapporteur or feature lead for work or study items is highly valued. Experience in innovation and IPR is also desirable. In addition, you should possess highly motivated social skills, be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and have good teamwork skills.
