We are seeking a highly skilled Gameplay Programmer to join our team at Arrowhead Game Studios. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining game features and systems for our co-op titles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and extend game features and systems, ensuring high-quality and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development.
  • Prototype and test new ideas, identifying technical possibilities and obstacles.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to maintain and improve our custom version of the Stingray engine.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on multiplayer game features and systems.
  • Excellent C/C++ skills and experience with ECS style programming patterns.
  • Strong understanding of 3D math, physics, animation, and AI systems.
  • Experience with live service development and shipping titles in a C++ based environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
