Job Description

Vi söker en driven IT Process Specialist till vårt Operational Support Management-team på Saab. Om du har en passion för att utveckla och förbättra IT-processer samt vill vara en del av ett innovativt team, är detta rollen för dig.

Arbetsuppgifter
  1. Utveckla och förbättra IT-processer och rutiner, samt säkerställa att dessa är väl dokumenterade och följs inom organisationen.
  2. Skapa utbildningsmaterial och genomföra utbildningar för att säkerställa att personalen är väl insatt i processerna.
  3. Följa upp procedurefterlevnad och skapa rapporter och dashboards för att mäta framsteg och identifiera förbättringsområden.
  4. Ansvara för leveransuppföljning, analysera ärendetrender och hantera eskaleringar.
  5. Delta i Major Incident Management och säkerställa en smidig hantering av kritiska incidenter.
  6. Hantera beredskap 24/7 enligt ett särskilt schema.
Krav
  1. Minst något års erfarenhet av arbete inom IT, gärna med fokus på IT Service Management-processer som incident-, problem- och change management.
  2. God kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  3. Starka koordinerings- och ledaregenskaper, med en förmåga att driva förbättringsarbete.
  4. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ITSM-verktyg såsom ServiceNow.
Meriterande
  1. Erfarenhet av roller som Change Manager, Problem Manager eller Knowledge Manager.
  2. Erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt och teamledning.
  3. Certifiering i ITIL version 3 eller 4.

Rollen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För vissa befattningar på Saab kan krav på svenskt medborgarskap förekomma.
