About the Role

We are looking for an Order Handler to configure semi-complex orders within our delivery department in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you will play an important part in our order handling processes, from receiving orders through the supply chain to delivering products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle semi-complex orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, warehouses, and business units to meet customer needs.
• Improve supply chain processes, leveraging knowledge and experience.
• Work with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Maintain high-quality communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Supply chain experience and knowledge.
• ERP system proficiency (Jeeves or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Logistics process understanding.
• Relevant professional experience (at least 2+ years).
• Lean and Six Sigma project methodology knowledge.
• Intermediate Swedish and Advanced English language proficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (nice to have).
