About the Role:

At Urban Italian Group AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Pizzaiolo to join our team of culinary professionals. As an artisan behind our signature pizzas, you will combine time-honored techniques with modern precision to deliver authentic Pizza Napoletana and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Dough Mastery: Prepare high-quality dough for authentic Pizza Napoletana entirely from scratch.
  • Oven Operations: Skillfully top pizzas and operate our electric pizza oven—previous experience with AVPN Vera Pizza certification is a plus.
  • Quality & Innovation: Maintain a consistent high level of quality and support the culinary team with menu innovations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to uphold efficiency and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
