The Job

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling our team with exceptional talent at an incredible pace. You will collaborate closely with various departments to recruit top candidates for multiple roles within the growth and legal teams across all geographies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Guarantee that Legora hires the right candidates for each role, utilizing your expertise to refine the recruitment process.

  2. Develop and execute recruiting processes that showcase Legora's brand and values, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to create an exceptional experience.

  3. Manage candidate pipelines through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring seamless transitions and timely hiring.

  4. Foster a passive pipeline to ensure timely hiring and meet our time-to-fill targets.

  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing an exceptional end-to-end experience.

  6. Closely collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

  7. Make international hires, leveraging your expertise to navigate cultural and geographical differences.

Your Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.

  • A deep understanding of technical aspects and a willingness to learn more.

  • Experience in recruiting commercial roles, such as Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.

    • You are a team player, always ready to lend a hand when needed.

    • You possess calmness, helpfulness, and creativity under pressure.

    • You are passionate about building strong relationships with the broader Legora team.

    • You value autonomy, self-leadership, and ownership, taking initiative without needing direction.
