About the Role

As a Director of Contract Governance at Linxon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's commercial strategy and driving profitability. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations. This strategic position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in contracts, commercial operations, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the commercial team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and development.
  2. Oversee negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  3. Drive commercial and claim strategies, working with stakeholders to optimize contract terms and mitigate risks.
  4. In collaboration with the procurement team, develop and execute procurement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA or PMI certification preferred.
  • Profound understanding of project business and delivery of turnkey EPC projects.
  • Experience in contracts management, commercial operations, and procurement, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
