About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our team at Sweco, a leading consulting engineering and design firm. As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our projects and services, particularly in the Life Science sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and testing, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and scientists, to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related topics, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure their implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field, preferably in the Life Science sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, including GMP and GAMP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
