Job Overview:

Mondelēz International is a leading global snacking company that seeks a driven Supply Chain professional for a challenging role as a Demand & Fulfillment Analyst. As part of our Nordic Demand Planning Chocolate team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate stock levels across brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze data and optimize supply chain processes.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production units to prioritize tasks based on forecast and inventory levels.
  4. Cultivate effective stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or Supply Chain degree.
  • Relevant work experience in commodity planning, procurement, production, and sales of fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand new processes and flows.
  • Flexible approach and comfort with changes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships at various levels within and outside the organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP APO, and Excel, as well as fluency in English (written and spoken).
