Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Leader to join our Operations team at IKEA Älmhult AB. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products that meet business needs and user experience.

Your primary focus will be on creating and communicating a product vision, mission, and strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with project leaders, UX designers, and Solution Architects to prioritize the product backlog and define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).

• Lead the product team: You will be accountable for the product backlog, prioritization, and solution requirements through user stories.
• Define business value delivery: You will ensure that our digital products deliver maximum value to our customers and stakeholders.
• Technical development and operations: You will collaborate with engineering and IT operations to drive technical development and ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of marketing and/or content management technologies, as well as experience in software product management leading a cross-functional team. You should be able to communicate effectively, inspire and give direction to your team, partners, and stakeholders.
