We are looking for a Compliance and Quality Leader to join our Quality Assurance team at TN Sweden. As a Compliance and Quality Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our textile products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with a focus on CE certifications. You will work closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure that they comply with our quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including CE certifications.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure that they comply with our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality engineers to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in quality management, textile engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the PPE segment.
  • Strong understanding of CE certifications and EU regulations.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or similar tool is a plus.
