We are seeking a highly skilled Bulk Production EHS Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the development and implementation of effective Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices within our Bulk Production department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Participate in project organization and contribute to the development of EHS strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate EHS risks and facilitate risk analysis and training for production staff.
  • Support the management team in making informed decisions by providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical handling and EHS regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
