Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Embryologist with a strong commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in embryology and a passion for improving success rates for our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of highly skilled embryologists and be responsible for performing clinical embryology and andrology duties, participating in laboratory maintenance tasks, and assisting in the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform all clinical embryology and andrology duties following appropriate training and competency assessment.
2. Participate in laboratory maintenance tasks and assist in validation within the laboratory.
3. Assist in the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
4. Oversee the procurement of laboratory products and services.
5. Adhere to all standard operating procedures.
6. Inform patients of treatment options and treatment outcomes and discuss the implications.
7. Meet laboratory key performance indexes for all critical laboratory tasks.
8. Assist in the implementation of decisions regarding the embryology area.

Requirements

1. Life sciences degree.
2. PhD or Masters in reproductive science is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of hands-on clinical embryology experience.
4. A willingness to learn Swedish; relevant language skills are considered a positive (e.g. understanding Scandinavian languages).
