IT-specialist för digital transformation

Våra IT-tekniker är en nyckelkomponent i vår mission att leverera innovativa lösningar som möter våra kunders unika behov.
För att uppnå detta mål söker vi efter en IT-tekniker med gedigen erfarenhet inom IT-drift och ett starkt fokus på utveckling av sina tekniska kompetenser. Du kommer att arbeta i vår avdelning SMB, där du ansvarar för installation, driftsättning och underhåll av Windows Server och Microsoft-tjänster, samt för felsökning och underhåll av servermiljöer, system och applikationer.
Du kommer att genomföra uppgraderingar av servrar och klienter, både remote och i nära samarbete med kunderna för att optimera deras IT-miljö. Dessutom kommer du att migrera tjänster, exempelvis från on-prem till Microsoft 365, vilket kräver en djup förståelse för kundens affärsprocesser. Du kommer att ta emot ärenden från vår servicedesk och förse teamet med den expertis och dokumentation som behövs för att säkerställa snabba och effektiva lösningar.
I dina kundmöten har du en avgörande roll i att planera underhåll och implementera förbättringar, vilket gör att du aktivt bidrar till kundens utveckling och effektivisering av deras IT-miljö.

En annan viktig faktor för att lyckas i rollen är att du är en person som har en naturlig problemlösningsförmåga och känner dig trygg i att fatta egna beslut. Vi lägger stort värde på collaboration och tycker det är roligt att dela kunskap och erfarenheter med varandra.
På grund av att du kommer att arbeta mycket självständigt och med människor över hela landet tror vi att du bör ha god kommunikationsförmåga, även i svårare situationer.
