Toxicology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Toxicology Expert to join our team at Nouryon. As a key member of our Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of our products.

• Contribute to the execution of our business strategy by providing toxicological expertise in product safety and regulatory compliance work related to substance registrations.
• Commission, monitor, and validate studies to be used for hazard assessments and act as Study Monitor for guideline studies in GLP compliant research laboratories.
• Provide support and solutions in connection with hazard testing for regional/global registrations.
• Conduct human health hazard and risk assessments, and contribute to new product development.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• University (MSc) degree or PhD in toxicology.
• 5 years of working experience in regulatory toxicology in the chemical industry.
• Proven experience of test methods used in toxicology, including higher tier testing, in hazard and risk assessments for regulatory purposes.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Working experience with the IUCLID database and QSAR.
