To be successful as a Production Manager, you will need:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in process production or maintenance.
- Experience in projects, startups, or commissioning.
- Knowledge of ISO systems 9001/14001/45001.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and lean principles.
