Job Description:

The Information Security Manager will oversee the implementation of security requirements and capabilities across Stegra's digital and operational technology (OT) environments. This includes creating directives, performing threat modeling and risk assessments, defining architectural guidelines, and supporting mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning Information Security Strategy: The successful candidate will align the organization's information security strategy with business goals and evolving risks.
  • Securing Digital and OT Environments: Leading efforts to secure digital and OT environments, supporting transformation initiatives.
  • Providing Guidance: Providing guidance to production and manufacturing teams on information and cyber-related matters.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Developing Security Policies: Developing, updating, and enforcing security policies, directives, and requirements.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Conducting Assessments: Conducting assessments to verify adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining Internal Control: Maintaining internal control over financial processes in line with auditing standards.
  • Performing Regular Risk Assessments: Performing regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Implementing Mitigation Strategies: Implementing mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Developing a Risk Management Framework: Developing and maintaining a risk management framework.
  • Mentoring and Upskilling: Mentoring and upskilling development and operational teams to build internal security competence.
  • Fostering Security Awareness: Fostering security awareness and best practices across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, HR, legal, and digital teams to embed security into all operations.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Overseeing Security Tools: Overseeing security tools and systems, ensuring readiness to protect, detect, and respond to threats.
  • Managing Services: Overseeing managed services, e.g. SOC operations.
  • Developing Dashboards: Developing dashboards and reporting practices to track key metrics, incident mitigations, and security maturity levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are meritorious.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in security tools, technologies, and frameworks, including cloud, OT, network, and application security.
  • Experience: Experience with security automation and architectural guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex systems, identify security risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams or/and projects successfully.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment and integration of security measures across the organization.
