Rollen:


Vi söker efter en erfaren konsult som kan stötta våra kunder i deras förändringsarbete.


Du kommer att arbeta med ledningen hos våra kunder för att ta fram tydliga beslutsunderlag och roadmaps för genomförande. Du kommer även att coacha organisationen i införande av nya arbetssätt och nytt IT-landskap.


Vi tror att du kan ta någon eller några av rollerna som: Verksamhetsutvecklare, Verksamhetsarkitekt, Portföljansvarig, Projektledare, Ansvarig för systemförvalting, eller andra liknande nyckelroller.

För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du ska dela några av dem kompetenser som vi på B3 Consulting Group har. Vi är erfarna konsulter med bred branscherfarenhet och har vana av förändringsarbete genom digitalisering. Därför tror vi att du:


· Har minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet


· Har arbetat som konsult eller som anställd på medlemsorganisationer, kommuner, offentlig sektor eller liknande


· Har tagit ansvar för arbetet kring organisation, IT, arbetssätt, styrning och kultur i större digitaliserings- och transformationsprojekt


· Har tagit rådgivarrollen och är trygg med att utmana som stötta ledningspersoner och verksamhet


· Har drivit projekt från "Ax till Limpa" alternativt i en eller flera faser (förstudie, behov/kravanalys, implementering och utrullning, förvaltning)


· Har förmågan att arbeta strategiskt, taktiskt som operativt


· Har relevanta certifieringar inom områden som SAFe, Prosci Change Management och andra specifika områden


· Har eftergymnasial utbildning


· Har goda kunskaper i det svenska språket i både tal och skrift
