European Orthopaedic Devices and Surgical Techniques Trainer

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Education Lead to join our team in Europe. As a member of our Medical Education team, you will play a key role in planning and executing Healthcare Professionals' (HCPs) course trainings, product trainings, workshops, etc. – in alignment with our strategic goals and in partnership with stakeholders such as our Sales & Marketing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development and event management: supporting in-person and online learning, including a mobile lab vehicle. You will educate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our product portfolio to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum development and event management: supporting in-person and online learning, including a mobile lab vehicle.
• Education and demonstration of the clinical benefits of our product portfolio to physicians, nurses, and other HCPs.
• Collaboration with Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
• Relationship-building with KOLs.
• Evaluation of educational programs through metrics, surveys, etc.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of work experience in events management, education/training, marketing/sales, or medical devices. Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion, and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written English – are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

You should be able to work independently and establish relationships/work in collaboration with others. Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information are necessary. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is preferred.
