About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Financial Controller to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our Infrastructure Division, you will be responsible for driving and developing the financial management of our large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the division
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial management and control
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
