About the Role

The Associate Director, Procurement Shared Services will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellence in service delivery at our KL Hub.

This role involves leading a team to maximize productivity, drive cost efficiency, and foster an inclusive company culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the transition of procurement operations to the shared services center while ensuring operational excellence.
  2. Managing, upskilling, and empowering the team to drive business growth strategies.
  3. Ensuring adherence to high standards of procurement processes, compliance, and service delivery.

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in procurement operations or procurement shared services, preferably related to a Telco or IT environment.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in using procurement-related solutions/applications and strong stakeholder management skills.

A proven track record of success in goal-oriented, high-accountability environments with tight deadlines is essential.
