We're seeking an experienced AI expert to join our team and contribute to driving innovation in our newly established hub. As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for designing and deploying production-ready AI systems using Python, establishing ways of working (WoWs) and best practices for AI solutions, and mentoring and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement production-ready AI systems using Python.
  • Develop and maintain AI/ML frameworks and tools.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
