Project Planner / Scheduling Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to create and manage detailed project schedules for EMEA Pulp Service projects. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure our projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate and up-to-date schedule information.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Assist project managers in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders and provide reports as needed.
• Support Sales by providing simplified delivery schedules including main milestones.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project scheduling or project management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business, or operations development roles.
• Analytical, statistical, and IT skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Project, Safran, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Finnish or Swedish and English, both written and oral.
• Degree (BSc or MSc) in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field.
