Enterprise Sales Specialist for DACH Markets

At Teamtailor, we are building a diverse team with various backgrounds and expertise. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales and business to meet your monthly quota.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge to generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to create and implement the Go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets.
  • Be able to negotiate and close deals to meet your sales targets.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and German, has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS/HR platforms is a plus), familiar and comfortable with outbound sales, has the will to push hard and keep high activity, and has a positive and caring attitude.
