We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Temporary Replacement for Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide strategic support to various parts of the business, focusing on commercial contracts, tech, and privacy/compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting and improving commercial agreements
  2. Developing customer offerings
  3. Working with corporate governance, financing, and other corporate matters
  4. Providing advice on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and GDPR

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Nordic law degree, fluency in Swedish and English, and at least a couple of years' experience working at a reputable law firm or as an in-house legal counsel.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of consumer law and/or GDPR
  • Interest and/or experience in using AI tools within the legal field
