Vill du arbeta i en produktionsmiljö i världsklass och leda oss till nästa nivå inom produktionsstrategier? Låter detta intressant? Vi söker en Processpecialist med inriktning mot projektledning till vår fabrik i Mellansel.

I rollen är du ansvarig för att projektleda diverse projekt inom produktionen, som är direkt knutna till att utveckla våra interna metoder, processer och verktyg. Projekt kan innefatta allt från digitala lösningar, automation och diverse investeringar.

Rollen är ny med ansvar för att möta målen på en mer digital, automatiserad, hållbar och effektivare produktion. För att klara dessa mål krävs ett tydligare och enklare gränssnitt mot produktionsrelaterade projekt.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig med erfarenhet inom projektledning och/eller andra ledande roller under dina år inom produktion eller liknande teknikområden. Du har ett stort intresse för teknik och IT-system samt är nyfiken att lära dig nya saker. Förmåga att kunna leda både sig själv och andra, vara kommunikativ, initiativtagande, lösningsorienterad och kundfokuserad är viktiga egenskaper för tjänsten.

Det är meriterande med universitets-, högskole- eller yrkesutbildningar inom produktion eller konstruktion.
