Senior Foreman

At BenBau Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Foreman to lead our construction teams. As a Senior Foreman, you will oversee and work alongside our team at the construction sites, utilizing your expertise in concrete construction to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction activities and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Direct the placement, consolidation, and finishing of concrete.
• Inspect the quality of work performed to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe construction practices and the proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate with other trade supervisors to ensure efficient use of resources.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or associate degree in construction management is a plus.
• Good English language skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
