Commercial Operations Executive

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth across the Nordic region.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing commercial action plans, managing public tenders, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions.
- Identify and qualify customer needs across Elekta's full product suite.
- Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to both Elekta and competitor installed bases to stay ahead of purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Applications, Project Management, Service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Marketing & Industry Representation:
- Represent Elekta at congresses and industry events, identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing department to shape product development and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is preferred.
- Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels, from technologists to C-level executives.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
