Technical Architecture Leader for Digital Transformation

A Technical Lead is responsible for defining Reference Architectures, driving harmonization and simplification of solutions, and promoting best practices in a heterogeneous IT landscape.
This role works closely with business partners, information architects, enterprise architects, business analysts, and external service providers to ensure new capabilities align with the overall architecture across multiple domains.
As a Technical Lead, you will be able to communicate effectively with developers, tech leads, and business stakeholders on technical decisions and provide direction on architecture recommendations. You will also build business cases to ensure accurate and optimal architecture solutions.
You will take ownership of the solutions you drive and balance speed and quality in delivery. This role requires collaboration with internal and external partners and suppliers from multiple countries and cultures.
What You Will Do- Lead projects or initiatives to ensure all requirements are covered, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations.
- Ensure architecture requirements for development, execution, and operations are implemented as designed.
- Collaborate with other architects to ensure solutions and components work together to meet objectives.
- Lead IT Architecture analysis, design, and implementation, ensuring policies and standards are followed.
- Validate requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in for architecture designs.
- Create business cases and assess architecture impacts for new/changed solutions.
- Identify and communicate cross-area or cross-release issues affecting other project areas.
- Support development of architecture reference architecture and manage exemptions.
- University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
- More than five years of experience in IT development and business analysis in digital markets facing applications.
- Knowledge of user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of SDL Tridion platform beneficial.
- Ability to travel.
