Job Title: Interim SVP of Infrastructure

Interim Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Infrastructure to lead the development and implementation of a cloud-based platform for a global on-demand production company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation in cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of cloud services, data center operations, and the latest in infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a cloud infrastructure strategy to support global operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead a team of platform and infrastructure engineers, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure development with business objectives, enhancing global production and delivery capabilities.
  • Maintain high system availability, performance, and security, manage infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Implement best practices in infrastructure management, including disaster recovery, data integrity, and security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technology leader in a similar capacity, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation.
  • Deep understanding of cloud services, data center operations, and the latest in infrastructure technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing infrastructure strategies that support large-scale, global operations.
  • Domain expertise across the Infrastructure environment (network, storage, databases, cloud etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, naturally capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
